The vital force and telekinesis

The concept of vital energy is ubiquitous and its origins can be traced back to more than 4000 years ago. One might ask, does extrasensory perception such as precognition and clairvoyance require getting into a particular one? Or is there any state especially favorable for inducing precognition and clairvoyance such that anyone could obtain on-demand precognitive/clairvoyant visions? It turns out that PSI can be experienced in most of these states, although one of them provides particularly good results.
